First, let’s talk about you. You are an incredibly creative problem solver. You focus on solutions rather than obstacles. You have a list of great ideas you’ve come up with in the shower or during your morning commute. You’re passionate about advertising/marketing and you love people. You’re organized, can write well – may even proof your text messages before sending to friends - and you have a wicked sense of humor.
Now it’s our turn. We are a growing, scrappy integrated marketing shop in the heart of Boston. We were founded by veterans of the corporate and agency worlds – think GEICO, Planet Fitness, Hill Holiday and Arnold. We believe an agency relationship with a client goes beyond pitching great ideas, it’s about executing flawlessly and focusing on the results of our efforts as if our own money is on the line. We are serious about our work but never take ourselves too seriously. We are fun, energetic, creative, thoughtful and innovative.
Why do we need your talent? Simple, our clients are growing and we need more incredible teammates to fill our roster. We have a mantra here at Karmory – good work for good people – and we mean it. Behind every great brand is a team of individuals – people we genuinely enjoy working with. From local startups to well-established national brands, our clients bring a variety of different challenges to tackle collaboratively.
What are the requirements to qualify? We are looking for an experienced marketer, someone with 2-5 years of agency experience. You also need to have a 4-year degree, preferably in marketing, advertising or communications but if you got through school before realizing you were actually born for an advertising role, that’s ok too. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks, clients and deadlines while maintaining a happy outlook on life. You must have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to spot a typoo in a split second. A great attitude and passion to do great work is paramount to your success here at Karmory.
Why work for us? First of all, we are fantastic at what we do and so are you, so this is going to be a fun adventure. We offer competitive compensation and unique perks – like our “cash & prizes” rewards program, flexible work schedule, convenient office location near South Station, MBTA reimbursement, happy hours, and fun activities.
Sound good? Send us your resume and a cover letter that gives a little intro about who you are and what makes you tick. We will respond kindly.
